If you have returned from viewing your site you will be at the page shown B.
If you Logon then page A comes up.
A. Click on the name of your site on the right hand side.

B. Click on 'Website wizards.
If you are going to stay with the Wizard DO NOT use ‘text/visual editor’, ‘login to FTP’ or ‘web templates’.
File Manager will only be used to delete images (see explanation later)

D. You should be able to follow the procedure on each action you decide to take. Material can be put on the 'Side Panels'. Images to be a maximum of 480 pixels wide on the main panel and 160 on the side panels.
There are then three things to do when you have completed your editing. At the bottom of each page that you edit click 'Save Changes. Two more pages will follow and again at the bottom click 'Publish'
Always remember to do this or your pages will not be amended.
E. At the top of each panel you will see the following:
Type text or copy and paste in the 'Visual Editor'. If you use tools you will be given html codes which go in 'Code Editor' as do any other html codes you may use.
Images, as you will have noted go in 'Images'.

F. When you create a new page there is space at top to give it a name. The name will appear on a Navigation menu either above your banner or on a side panel depending on the Template you have chosen.
TOOLS
A variety of Tools are available. Follow the instructions carefully. You will find or in some cases be emailed an html code which must be copied and pasted IN FULL in the location you wish it to be.
You will choose Tools appropriate to your website. My personal view is that the Guestbook is a waste of time. You will no doubt get friends congratulating on your site, which they could have done anyway by emailing, but run the risk of idiots making rude remarks. Far better to have a Hit Counter that tells you how many people have visited your site. There are a number of settings on it which you should check.
Publishing your email address leaves you open to hackers and junk mail. There is a Contact Form which allows people to contact you. It is sent to Bravenet who forward it to the address you have given for your account
A slide show can be used. Inserted as any other image. Any size up to 480 pixels can be used. This is just a sample.
